Really great for those who have a hard time with prenatal in pill form and want a clean prenatal. They are a little on the hard side but not too bad. Taste isn't terrible. I love that these have methyl folate and not synthetic folic acid.

I hate swallowing pills, so these make it much easier for me to actually take my prenatals. I’ve never been a big gummy fan but I preferred the ingredient list and at least they are quite tasty.

I have ordered this multiple times as I did not want a prenatal with a synthetic folic acid. I have enjoyed them. The flavor is nice. I just cannot take them too close to bedtime or else they keep me up but most vitamins do that to me :)
